Territory Manager - Donut King (NSW) - Remote Are you passionate about helping businesses grow and deliver great customer experiences? Retail Food Group is looking for a Territory Manager (NSW) to coach franchise partners, drive sales, and support store success across our Donut King network spanning 25 stores across ACT, Regional NSW and Western Sydney. What youll be doing Support Franchise Partners in developing and executing business plans to drive growth. Identify opportunities to increase sales and customer counts through store visits, data analysis, and customer feedback. Provide coaching, insights, and tools to strengthen in-store systems and improve profitability. Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews to monitor standards and action plans. Analyse P&L performance to identify cost efficiencies and growth opportunities. Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to share best practices and maintain consistency across the network. Build strong, supportive relationships with Franchise Partners, promoting a culture of trust, accountability, and success. What were looking for Were looking for a driven and people-focused professional who thrives on building strong business relationships and driving performance. Youll bring experience in multi-site or franchise operations, with the ability to coach and support partners to achieve commercial growth. Analytical and handson, youll identify opportunities, implement action plans, and improve instore performance. A natural communicator with strong business acumen, youll combine strategic thinking with practical problemsolving to deliver measurable results across your territory. Youll also bring Strong understanding of and experience with small business owners / Franchise Partners Experience in Operations within a food retail/hospitality environment Highly motivated with ability to problem solve and work autonomously Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills Exceptionally detailorientated and organised Demonstrated business acumen including strong P&L Management Understand and analyse reporting and data to enhance business performance. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a sense of urgency. Experience with Microsoft office suite including Teams platform.
