About the Role Reporting to the GM, this role is both strategic and handson, providing expert advice across the full HR spectrum. Youll guide leaders through workforce planning, organisational change, and employment relations queries, ensuring compliance and best is attained. As the company addresses its operations including outsourcing functions of its corporate services division, your ability to influence, problemsolve, and embed effective people strategies will be critical. Youll be supported by a HR Coordinator, enabling you to focus on partnership, strategy, and advisory activities. About You You are a seasoned HR professional, who understands the nuances of industrials and the need to be site based 5 days and you thrive in highly operational, service delivery environments. You bring deep knowledge of Australian HR legislation, Enterprise Agreements, NES and industrial relations, coupled with the confidence to advise senior leaders and the humility to work collaboratively with a diverse workforce. You understand bluecollar workplaces and unionised settings and can balance business priorities with fair, peoplefocused outcomes. Your style is consultative yet decisive and you are able to navigate ambiguity, manage change, and drive results through influence and expertise.
