Availability: flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, and the ability to travel to and from regional locations at shift start or finish. About You! Considerable understanding of contemporary customer service techniques within a hospitality environment. Welldeveloped relationship management skills, including ability to develop rapport with external stakeholders and resolve complaints. Sound numerical skills for basic manual calculations. Sound planning and organisational skills, prioritising tasks and coping with competing demands. Ability to drive to/from regional locations for shift commencement or return to home depot.
