About the Role Work on a variety of new home builds across the region Learn and apply residential carpentry skills including framing, fix-outs, and lock-up stages Read and interpret building plans and specifications Follow WHS procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment Gain experience with quality tools and materials in a real-world setting Collaborate with experienced carpenters and site supervisors What Were Looking For Genuine passion for woodworking and carpentry Keen interest in residential construction Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 20kg Drivers licence and own transport White Card (Construction Induction Card) What Youll Gain Paid, handson training while working toward a nationally recognised Certificate III in Carpentry Longterm career development with a reputable home builder Support from experienced mentors and tradespeople A pathway to becoming a fully qualified carpenter Financial Incentive Up to $10,000 Available Eligible apprentices in the housing construction sector may be able to claim up to $10,000 through the Key Apprenticeship Program helping support you as you train and grow in your career.
