Coffs Harbour, New South Wales Parttime, casual position with competitive salary (from $110K) depending on your capabilities and experience. Includes 3.5% Civil Liability Allowance + 12% superannuation. Description Be the friendly face and helping hand that ensures our Coffs Coast Holiday Parks are safe, welcoming, and running smoothly after hours. From greeting guests and handling bookings to maintaining facilities and supporting staff, youll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for every visitor. This role is suitable for those who love variety, responsibility, and working in a beautiful coastal setting. As per operational requirements, the successful candidate must be available to work overnight shifts and weekends across our four Coffs Coast Holiday Park locations: BIG4 Park Beach, BIG4 Sawtell Beach, Woolgoolga Beach and Woolgoolga Lakeside Holiday Park. About You Youll hold a current Class C manual drivers licence and a valid NSW Working with Children Check, with proven experience in customer service and publicfacing roles. Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills are essential, along with basic computer literacy and a general understanding of building and pool operations. A sound knowledge of WHS practices and risk management is also required. Whats on Offer Competitive Salary (from 30.38p/h) depending on your capabilities and experience + shift penalties + 12% superannuation. Permanent parttime 10hrs per week, with the possibility of acquiring additional hours. Casual opportunities also available. Flex time, flexible work arrangements and generous leave entitlements.
