Core Responsibilities Warmly greeting all clients, guests, and tradespeoplesetting a premium tone from the moment they arrive Answering, screening, and directing phone calls efficiently and with polish Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and daily office logistics Managing key systems such as database entries, appointment scheduling, meeting rooms, and team communications Supporting the sales and property management teams with general administration Maintaining a presentable, organised and professional front office space Contributing to team culture through consistency, reliability, and a solutionsfocused mindset Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Professional presentation and a naturally warm, confident manner Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and effectively A hunger to learn, grow and contribute meaningfully to a thriving team Experience in real estate, property, reception, retail or corporate administration will be highly regarded A working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.) would be advantageous.
