ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project. The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, enough to power more than two million homes each year. Grader Operator CentralWest Orana REZ Transmission Project We are seeking Grader Operators to contribute their expertise within our Civil Transmission Line team. The role involves creating 240 km of access tracks throughout private property in the Central West region. Successful candidates will be required to travel and live in Merotherie, NSW on a 14/7 roster, working 1012 hour days. Accommodation and meals will be provided. The position is expected to start at the end of November. Key Responsibilities Operate an M12M14 grader with GPS to create haul roads. Collaborate with a crew of five. Show respect for property, the local community and landowners. Assist with fencing and crossings when required. Minimum Skills and Qualifications Current RII grader ticket. Additional tickets advantageous excavator, roller, dump truck. Experience working on haul roads, particularly on similar projects (FIFO, renewable energy, large infrastructure). Construction white card. Full Cclass drivers license and own vehicle. Willingness to undergo a preemployment medical and police check.
