Introduction: Collins Street Orthodontics, working in conjunction with Collins Street Specialist Centre, is located in the unique Orthodontic Tower overlooking Melbourne''s skyline in the iconic Manchester Unity Building. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team, home to three board registered Specialist Orthodontists who are platinum elite Invisalign providers. We are a multidisciplinary practice, home to 60 practitioners, 14 of which are board registered specialists in the fields of oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics. Within our orthodontic practice, Collins Street Orthodontics, we focus on providing the highest quality of service and care. Our team is knowledgeable and caring and whilst the team operates in a fast paced environment, patient care remains a constant priority. The Opportunity An exciting opportunity is available to join our successful orthodontic team as an experienced Receptionist on a full-time basis at our beautiful practice. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated, skilled individual with great communication and people skills who loves a challenge. Your role and responsibilities Being the first point of contact with all patients (in person and on the phone) and providing them with warm, friendly and professional customer service. Working with both the clinical team and patients to schedule and confirm appointments using our orthodontic software Orthotrac. Processing HICAPS claims and basic account management. Liaising with patients and practitioners for the smooth running of the day. Data entry, reporting and administrative tasks as required and dependent on experience. The chosen candidate will demonstrate the following skills and attributes A high level of initiative and motivation. Experience in the dental or Orthodontic industry is desired. A drive to learn and flourish. They will be well presented, with a warm, mature nature. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritise, multitask and use common knowledge as required.
