We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join our team at BaptistCare William Carey Court in Busselton. In this fulltime permanent role, you will ensure our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for our residents and staff. Your work will make a real difference in creating a comfortable and supportive environment for everyone. Responsibilities Perform general reactive and preventative maintenance tasks (replacing light globes, fixing railings, minor repairs, regular painting touchups)Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and groundsLiaise with contractors and ensure compliance with safety protocolsMaintain accurate records using our maintenance management system About the Team BaptistCare William Carey Court in Busselton is a vibrant and welcoming aged care community.
