The Role: We are seeking a reliable, handson Deck Hand / Detailer to support superyachts, luxury vessels and highend charter boats. Youll be part of a tightknit crew delivering fivestar presentation and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: Washdowns, hull cleaning, teak maintenance & brightwork Interior & exterior detailing (polishing, waxing, stainless, glass) Line handling, fender setup, and assisting with docking/undocking Basic maintenance support (bilge checks, battery checks and minor repairs) Inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment What You Bring: Previous experience in marine detailing, yacht crew or boat maintenance (preferred but not essential training provided) Strong work ethic and eye for detail Physically fit able to lift 20kg+ and work in all weather Reliable transport & flexible availability (early starts, weekends, peak season) QLD Boat Licence or Coxswain (highly regarded) Marine Card & First Aid (or willing to obtain) What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate + super (experience dependent) Uniform, PPE & professionalgrade tools supplied Ongoing training & career progression (Coxswain/Master pathways) Work on luxury vessels Supportive team culture Location: Between Main Beach and Coomera marine precincts easy access to Gold Coasts best boating hubs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
