Reception hours are between 8am - 6pm.What You Will DoGreet guests with a smile, making everyone feel at home from the moment they arrive.Efficiently handle check-ins, check-outs, phone enquiries, and reservations.Assist with guest requests, from local info to special surprises.Ensure guest accounts are accurate and all transactions are handled with care.Communicate clearly with your team to ensure smooth handovers and happy guests.Support the team with any other tasks as neededno job too big or small!What You Will BringA warm, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch guest service.Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to keep cool when things get busy.Excellent communication skills and a knack for making guests feel special.Knowledge of front office computer and reservations systems (desirable).Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as needed.Whats in it for you?At the NRMA we arent just about discounts (although you do get these too).
