The coaching service aims to support carers to increase their individual agency, empowering them to find practical, small steps towards self-identified goals.You will be facilitating one-on-one coaching to carers, creating an environment that is welcoming, real and empowering. You will ensure relationships with carers are positive, built on Wellways values, and engage professionally with key external and internal stakeholders.Community engagement and establishing referral pathways will be a key aspect of this role.
