This 4year, fulltime supervised apprenticeship will provide you with in-depth training relevant to the Fabrication industry, specialising in powder coating. Our host business has been in business for over 30 years and services both domestic and commercial applications. On completion you will receive a certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Surface Finishing. What''s involved & what you will learn Learning and applying powder coating techniques as you develop your skills PreTreat work for subsequent surface coating Prepare and produce specialised coatings Control surface finish production and finished product quality Make up solutions Prepare surfaces by abrasive blasting Adhere to Work Health and Safety policies About You Are you a confident, committed, and motivated individual with a cando attitude and a passion for the Engineering/Spray Painting industry? Our ideal applicant will: Hold a valid drivers licence (or be able to commit to get to & from work) Work Monday to Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm Hold a White Card (and willing to obtain) Can use initiative within the workplace Have high attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills Be extremely reliable and punctual Be motivated to work in the fabrication/surface finishing industry and able to handle working in a fastpaced environment Who We Are?
