In this varied and flexible role, classified as a Senior Gymnastics Coach under our Enterprise Agreement, you will lead the way in creating a positive and inclusive gymnastics environment while supporting the development of gymnasts and junior coaches. In this exciting and rewarding role, you will:Deliver engaging and high-quality gymnastics sessions tailored to various ages and abilitiesMentor junior coaches and contribute to their professional developmentDevelop, implement and review program content to support athlete progressionAssist with future program development and innovationPlay an active role in community engagement and local eventsContribute to the administration and smooth operation of the gymnastics programAbout UsPCYC NSW is a life changing charity, established in 1937, that works in partnership with community and NSW Police to empower youth, get kids active in life, and reduce and prevent youth crimeOver 100,000 people are members of our 66 clubs around NSWAbout YouWe are seeking an experienced and passionate gymnastics coach who:Has minimum 2 years of coaching experience within a competitive WAG programHolds a minimum Intermediate WAG coaching accreditation (Advanced level desirable)Is passionate about gymnastics and supporting young people to achieve their goalsHas strong team building and leadership skillsCan work autonomously and collaborativelyBrings well-developed communication and interpersonal skillsHas administration and customer service abilitiesHas the flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, some weekends, and school holidaysHolds (or is willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police CheckAre you ready to lead, coach, and inspire?
