This is your chance to play a vital role in crafting the highquality products that Mars Petcare is known for worldwide. What Youll Do Firstly, youll want to have a love for Manufacturing! Operate and monitor equipment using software systems and handson checks. Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repairs efficiently. Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to maintain smooth operations. Safely run multiple pieces of equipment, ensuring ontime, highquality production. Uphold quality and safety standards while providing detailed shift handovers. What Were Looking For Have an interest in working in Manufacturing! Reliable, willingness to learn and adaptable to change. Desire for wanting to add value and continuously upskill is key. Strong problemsolving abilities. High attention to detail.
