Food & Beverage Attendant I Bacchus Marsh We are looking for a motivated casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the PLG team at Stoney''s in Bacchus Marsh. You''ll be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, ensuring their experience is enjoyable from start to finish. Stoneys is located in beautiful Bacchus Marsh Victoria, approximately 50km west of Melbourne. Set on the edge of the Werribee River, the hotel captures the tranquility of the towns traditional relaxed garden market character. Responsibilities Ensure all guests receive exceptional customer service, taking their orders and providing recommendations on food and beverages. Maintain a clean and organised work area, including dining tables, service stations and kitchen areas. Work effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience. Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally. The role you are applying for may be quite fastpaced and require you to complete tasks including but not limited to lifting boxes, kegs or stock, standing for long periods of time, and utilising stairs. Requirements Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA). Food Handlers Certificate. Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG).
