Crew Leader Playground and Landscape Maintenance Central Coast Council is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of playgrounds and landscapes, ensuring safety, quality customer service, and community engagement. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a dedicated team in the upkeep and enhancement of playgrounds and landscapes. Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices in maintenance and construction activities. Conduct operational inspections of Park Facilities (AHCPDG311) and implement traffic control plans (TCR, IMP). Balance worklife with a 9day fortnight (RDO) schedule. Maintain required certifications and manage the teams professional development. Qualifications Certificate III in Landscape Construction or related field, or equivalent experience. WHS Construction Induction White Card. First Aid Certificate. Traffic Controller (TCR) experience and ability to implement traffic control plans. Class Medium Rigid Driver Licence (MR). Strong leadership experience with proven ability to manage a team effectively. Problemsolving skills and ability to make informed decisions under pressure. Experience in community engagement and customer service. Position Details Permanent fulltime role (12month contract with the possibility of progression). Tool of trade vehicle required. Located at Erina Depot, Central Coast NSW. Salary & Progression Commencing salary up to $73.5kp.a.; potential to progress up to $85.2kp.a. based on skills and performance.
