Reporting to the Senior Manager Growth, Strategy and Sustainability, this fulltime role is responsible for driving highquality bid and tender submissions, while supporting Evolve Housings Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy. The role sits within the Growth, Governance and Legal Division and plays a key part in advancing our organisational growth and sustainability agenda. You will be responsible for researching, coordinating and writing compelling submissions that showcase Evolve Housings value proposition. In addition you will support ESG reporting and initiatives that promote environmental sustainability and strengthen our social impact within the communities we serve. Essential to this role is your ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver persuasive proposals and embed ESG practices across the organisation. Key accountabilities include: Researching, writing, and compiling EOIs, RFTs/RFPs, grant applications, and capability statements. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure submissions reflect our strategic priorities and service strengths. Managing timelines and tasks to deliver highquality proposals and presentations that meet compliance requirements. Coordinating and implementing ESG initiatives across the organisation. Lead quarterly and annual ESG reporting, ensuring consistency and data accuracy. Monitoring progress against our ESG roadmap and action plan. Delivering ESG training and fostering internal engagement to embed sustainability practices. Communicating ESG outcomes through reports and stakeholder campaigns. Is this you? Some important things you will need to begin this journey! Minimum 5 years experience in writing large bids and tenders. Experience with ESG reporting processes, data management, and frameworks. Tertiary qualifications in research, sustainability, social impact or 5+ years experience in a similar position. Ability to work autonomously, prioritise and plan in a complex environment. Strong strategic, analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Flexibility and a proactive approach to working in a small, collaborative team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Actionoriented and outcomefocused mindset. Understanding of the community housing and/or NFP sector (desirable). What benefits will you receive?
