Be able to demonstrate a high level of communication and problemsolving skills. Displays a suitable level of computer skills necessary to fulfil the activities of the role of a Care Coordinator. The following experience/qualifications would be considered advantageous: Completed or working towards a Post Graduate qualification in Gerontic, Health or Aged Care Management. Knowledge of privacy legislation and document control. Previous Experience within a hospital or health care environment.
