Keen teamwork and pride in doing a great job make you an ideal fit.RoleThe main purpose of the role is to ensure the Meat Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times, while providing our customers with excellent service, quality products and a great experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales within the department.Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with queries.Ensure store and department standards are met daily.Merchandise and present the department to the highest standard.Control stock rotation to maintain quality and freshness.Ensure safe food handling and full HACCP compliance.Maintain daytoday cleaning and maintenance of the department.Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organization and flexibility.Submit daily orders in a timely manner.The Ideal CandidateExperience within a butchery/seafood counter is desired.Exceptional customer service skills.Excellent communication and numerical skills.Ability to work as part of a team.HACCP knowledge.Strong attention to detail, organized.Fully flexible for all shifts, including opening shifts throughout the week.Eligible to work 30+ hours throughout the year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
