Were looking for a Customer Experience Officer who can help ensure our community receives the quality service they deserve. In this role you will help deliver consistent, highquality service, thrive in a fastpaced environment, enjoy solving problems, and confidently manage multiple priorities. This position is based at our Maclean Office, with the expectation of working across both the Administration Building in Grafton and Maclean. Our Customer Service Centre operates from 8:30am to 4:30pm, and we offer some flexibility within the workplace. Qualifications and requirements Address the essential requirements of the role as per the position description Supply relevant certificates and licences Demonstrate Aboriginality (details below) Attach a cover letter (2 pages maximum) and an uptodate resume (5 pages maximum) that clearly detail your skills and experience as relevant to this position, and demonstrate how you meet the focus capabilities and how your skills will enable you to achieve the key accountabilities Answer the target questions maximum 300 words each: Q1. Describe a time when you had to balance empathy with efficiency to meet a customers needs. How did you manage their expectations, and what was the outcome? Q2. Provide an example of a time you had to think critically and solve a problem under pressure. What steps did you take, and what was the outcome? Q3. Provide an example of a time you had to communicate complex information to a customer. How did you ensure they understood?
