An established and well-regarded Tier 2 builder is preparing to break ground on a major $300M+ residential development located in Brisbanes inner north. This multi-stage high-rise project will set a new benchmark for premium apartment living and will involve complex structural works across concrete, steel, and post-tension systems. With construction due to commence in early 2026, the company is seeking a Structures Foreman to join their delivery team now. An opportunity exists for the successful candidate to commence on one of the companys current projects ahead of this flagship build. About the Role: Youll be responsible for leading all structural site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring milestones are hit safely and efficiently. Youll be supported by a highly experienced delivery team and will play a key role in bringing a technically challenging, design-driven project to life.
