In the role of Advisor (Administration & Information Management) you will ensure on-point delivery of support services to program/project managers and project team members by leading and managing the delivery of Administration and Information Management unit support services across the region. Accountabilities Lead and manage administration support services within the region including: Vehicle fleet management, travel and accommodation management Reception and administration support Right to Information requests Personal Injury Claims (PIPA) Information and records management. Undertake team leader functions including but not limited to performance planning and monitoring, timesheet/leave approvals, coaching/mentoring, and career development planning, ensuring appropriate skill sets and training needs are identified and developed. Ensure successful business outcomes through effective resource utilisation, performance monitoring, analysis and reporting. Undertake a range of activities to enhance program development and project delivery. Ensure compliance with corporate governance obligations, standards, legislation, and policies. Establish and maintain effective internal and external relationships. Comply with the WH&S Act, Regulations and Department Policy.
