PT Store Manager | BONDS OUTLET | Orange We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bonds Orange City Store. This is a parttime position at 35.5 hours/week. About the Role Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs. Lead succession planning to ensure team members can progress into their next opportunity. Execute visual merchandising instore and make commercial decisions using your own discretion. Understand stock management processes and prioritise tasks effectively. Coach and provide onthespot feedback to your team. Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive your business.
