We are a licensed customs broker with custom bonded warehouses. Due to expansion in business, we have an opportunity for an experienced warehouse supervisor, or a team leader ready to take the next step, to join our warehouse teams in Brisbane on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have strong work ethic, sound knowledge and focus on compliance and regulations, is motivated and have the ability to multi-task in a fastpaced environment. Role Responsibilities Warehouse management staff (including casuals), workload, rosters, compliance, and regulations Take responsibility for quarantine & customs warehouse management Managing and maintaining a S77G licensed depot Be one of the focal contact with ABF / Quarantine for any inspections Ensuring the efficient day to day operation of our Warehouse Ensure all goods/cargo/freight are accurately scanned and labelled to the warehouse management system Managing and sorting inbound and outbound freight to ensure accurate deliveries consistently Leading unloading of freight from incoming transport carriers and sea freight containers Performing Forklift operations Ensuring strict compliance to legislation and guidelines Completion of all task as per timeline and procedures Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment at all times in accordance with WHS standards and policies Serves as liaison with senior managers and warehouse staff Other reasonable tasks as required by management Skills / Experience Needed Strong warehouse and operational experience Strong compliance knowledge (Especially ABF and Quarantine) Good leadership skills with the ability to delegate Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication and organization skills Good time management and attention to detail Computer knowledge / proficiency (Desirable) Fluency in both English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly regarded, to assist with communication across diverse teams and clients Application Questions Which of the following forklift licences do you have?
