You will be the driving force behind strategic, highquality proposal submissions, collaborating with internal experts to craft compelling content that aligns with client needs and showcases EPECs innovative solutions. From initial planning to final submission, youll manage the bids and proposals lifecycle for our engineering team, ensuring every detail is polished, persuasive, and on point. Youll also maintain our centralised library of templates, case studies, and past submissions, keep content fresh and relevant, and support our collaborative culture by engaging with meetings and the broader team. ABOUT YOU At least a year or two of experience in proposals, administration, business development, or similar coordination. Understanding of quality proposals and tender submissions; ability to bring structure, clarity, and impact to every document. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling content and collaborate confidently across teams. Proficiency in document development tools, including Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel. Techsavvy and forwardthinking, with handson experience using AI tools and online tender platforms to streamline proposal development. Collaborative interpersonal style that enables strong relationships across all levels and engagement with clients and senior stakeholders to shape winning solutions.
