About the opportunity The Interior Design Assistant works closely with the Interior Design team to provide them with support across administration, coordination, customer service and adhoc assistance. Assist with preparation for appointments including collating relevant documents, forms, flat lays and samples. Welcome clients into the studio, assisting with ordering, collecting and delivering food and beverages during the client appointment. Allrounder duties include overseeing inventory levels, ordering and restocking items and general studio upkeep. Other administrative duties may include updating product information, updating variation, electrical appointment setups, etc. Assist with hosting Customer Information Evenings, VIP nights & Expo Days. About you Currently studying or have completed a Diploma of Interior Decoration and Design or a similar qualification. A willingness to develop a strong understanding of design aesthetic and conceptual skills. Commitment to providing excellence in customer service and strong communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail and a strong record of planning and organising. Desire to build a longterm career in Interior Design. A commitment to working as one team.
