Salary Clerk Grade 11/12 - $149,739.00 - $173,174.00 plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. This is an opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation that works with children, young people, adults, families and communities to deliver services that are safe, just, inclusive and resilient.Your roleAs a HR Manager, Business Partnering, youll lead a team of HR professionals and work closely with senior leaders to deliver best-practice workforce strategies and people solutions that support DCJs and CSNSWs strategic objectives.This is a leadership role with broad reach influencing decisions, managing complex workforce issues, and building strong partnerships across a broad client group such as Corrective Services NSW, Courts, Tribunals and Service Delivery, Law Reform and Legal Services, Homes NSW, Child Protection and Permanency, and Corporate Services.What Youll DoAs a HR Manager, Business Partnering, you will be responsible for:Providing strategic HR advice and partnering with leaders to design and implement evidence-based workforce solutions.Leading and developing a team to deliver high-quality HR services while driving a culture of collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.Managing complex workforce issues, including employee relations, grievances, performance and conduct matters.Leading change initiatives, workforce planning, organisational design, and talent management strategies.Supporting diversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and anti-racism initiatives across the organisation.Developing strategic briefs, reports, and workforce insights that inform executive decision-making.What Were Looking ForWere seeking experienced HR leaders who can bring a strategic mindset and strong business partnering expertise.
