About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Infrastructure & Operations Department. This parttime position will last six months, providing general administrative support to enable the department to operate efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Accurately process correspondence and internal communications. Assist with customer service and data entry, updating records in operational registers. Support daytoday administrative tasks and project documentation. Collaborate with staff to streamline office procedures. Qualifications Certificate III in Business Administration or comparable experience. Current, valid drivers licence. Highlevel computer skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent timemanagement, organisational and prioritisation abilities. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Customerservice orientation for internal and external stakeholders.
