Salary: $76,912 - $82,464 per annum (pro-rata) + 25% loading over 46 weeks (DOE (RCS) CSA 2024) This is a permanent full-time position commencing January 2026 Actual remuneration for this position is $93,867 ($76,912 salary + $16,955 loading). The Role The Boarding Supervisor will support and reinforce appropriate values and behaviours of students, supervise them, and fulfill duty of care requirements in line with Department policy. The role requires respect for and embrace of diversity, provision of opportunities that support students academic, social, emotional and physical development, and prompt reporting of concerns with student and staff wellbeing, occupational safety, and maintenance matters to senior staff. Eligibility Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or hold a valid visa with work rights for the term of the appointment. Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and provide a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Educations Screening Unit before starting. Hold a current Working with Children Check. Work according to rostered hours which may include nights, weekends and public holidays. Obtain and maintain a current First Aid Certificate Provide CPR (HLTAID009) and First Aid Certificate Provide First Aid (HLTAID0011) prior to the first rostered shift working with students. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write plans, pastoral notes and reports; and interact positively with students and parents, including those with diverse multicultural backgrounds. Demonstrated organisational skills and ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team. Demonstrated capacity to successfully meet and maintain the required eligibility and training requirements of this position.
