Principal Analyst, National Service Delivery Operations Support Te Haeata / The Opportunity Are you passionate about using data to drive meaningful change? We are looking for a professional and motivated Principal Analyst to join our National Service Delivery team, where your expertise in data, research, and strategic thinking will directly influence how justice services are delivered and improved. Qualifications Advanced technical skills in one or more of the following: quantitative analysis and modelling, evaluation, business analysis and process improvement, data engineering, or data visualisation. Proven experience leading complex analytical programmes and mentoring analysts to build capability. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for senior stakeholders and Ministers. Experience using SAS, R, or equivalent statistical software to deliver robust, evidence-based advice. A collaborative mindset and ability to engage across diverse teams and justice sector agencies.
