Role Finance Manager - NFP at Sharp & Carter An exciting opportunity for an experienced, handson Finance Manager to join a wellrespected NotforProfit organisation on the Central Coast. You will oversee the full finance function, providing leadership, insight and support to ensure the organisations ongoing sustainability. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, you will deliver accurate reporting, manage daytoday finance operations and drive process improvements to support growth and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting and monthend reporting Prepare and present financial results, analysis and insights to management and the Board Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Banking functions Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations Coordinate annual audit and prepare yearend financial statements Monitor cash flow and manage funding acquittals and grant reporting Partner with operational leaders to provide financial advice and support informed decision making Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and reporting accuracy Adhoc financial analysis and participation in organisational projects as required About you Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field CA/CPA qualified or working towards qualification 5+ years experience in a similar Finance Manager or senior accounting role Previous NFP or community sector experience highly regarded Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting and compliance requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero or SAP) Handson and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment A passion for supporting the community and contributing to meaningful outcomes Whats in it for you Work with a purposedriven organisation that makes a positive community impact Flexible working arrangements and a supportive team environment Central Coast location work close to home Competitive salary and benefits package available for NFP employees Opportunity to influence strategic direction and continuous improvement To Apply Please click on the appropriate link.
