Administration Officer Infrastructure & Operations (Part Time 6 Month Term Contract) Join Cowra Council as an Administration Officer supporting the Infrastructure & Operations Department. This parttime role will run for six months. Position Details Position Status: Parttime SixMonth Term ContractHours of Work: Tuesday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (28hrs per week)Closing Date: 5:00pm Sunday, 16November2025Salary: $1015.75 per week plus 12% superannuation About the Opportunity Cowra Council is seeking an experienced applicant to fill the position of Administration Officer within the Infrastructure & Operations Department. The role is primarily responsible for providing general administrative support to Infrastructure & Operations staff to enable the efficient and effective operation of the Department. The position will be required to provide accurate and timely processing of correspondence, assist with customer service and data entry including updating records in operational registers. Responsibilities Accurately and timely process correspondence. Assist with customer service and data entry. Update records in operational registers. Provide general administrative support to Infrastructure & Operations staff. Qualifications & Requirements Certificate III in Business Administration or similar, or relevant experience. Valid Drivers Licence. High level computer skills across a range of applications and the ability to adapt quickly to new software. Strong timemanagement skills, capable of setting priorities and organising own workload efficiently. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with people at all levels. High level customer service for internal and external stakeholders.
