Role Overview The Home Lending Specialist (internally known as a Customer Relationship Manager) delivers an exceptional experience by guiding customers through the lending journey and driving growth. Responsibilities Build a pipeline of lending leads and nurture relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM. Guide customers through the lending process, ensuring clear communication and peace of mind. Leverage credit analysis expertise to achieve positive lending outcomes and prepare customers for financial success. Build strong, relationshipcentric connections with the community, branch, and Branch Manager. Embrace lifelong learning and participate in onthejob training and other learning opportunities. Qualifications Extensive experience in customer service or sales. High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations. Ability to build relationships and assess customer needs to develop a holistic view of their situation. Highly developed credit analysis skills. Understanding of small business offerings. Consumer lending experience essential. Position Details Permanent, fulltime or parttime parttime availability will depend on the successful applicant. Location: Beechworth, VIC.
