Heres What Youll Be Doing: Managing end-toend residential conveyancing files with accuracy and efficiency. Driving settlements while maintaining strong communication with clients, agents, and brokers. Working within streamlined workflows using monday.com, supported by automated systems and checklists. Completing searches through TriSearch and handling settlements via PEXA. Collaborating closely with colleagues and assistants to deliver seamless client experiences. Maintaining a personable, clientfirst approach while meeting volume targets. What Youll Bring to the Role: Minimum 24 years experience in residential conveyancing (more is highly regarded). Proven ability to manage a highvolume file load independently. Confidence using PEXA and knowledge of QLD conveyancing procedures. Strong attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure. Experience with TriSearch or similar search software (desirable). A positive attitude, great communication skills, and a genuine teamplayer mindset. A warm, approachable personality, someone who fits in, not stands out for the wrong reasons.
