This is a handson leadership role that offers the opportunity to manage all aspects of workshop performance from customer service and team coordination to workflow management and compliance. The role is ideal for someone who takes initiative and treats the workshop like their own business. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the workshop Supervise and support workshop staff and tradespeople Coordinate job scheduling and ensure timely job completion Liaise with customers to ensure excellent service delivery Maintain a safe and compliant work environment Monitor inventory and workshop supplies Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control Provide leadership, mentoring, and training where required Requirements HC Drivers Licence would be good.
