Overview CRVCID 701223. This is a Permanent Full-Time or Permanent Part-Time appointment. Are you ready to lead your operating theatre with confidence and clarity? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our dynamic perioperative team, with a focus on theatre coordination and patient flow management. This role leverages our Theatre Management System (TMS) to streamline surgical operations, enhance patient safety, and support clinical excellence. The successful applicant(s) shall provide leadership and expert clinical knowledge to implement, support, maintain and develop the Theatre Management System (TMS) for Peel Health Campus (PHC). They will provide user training to all staff and will be the first line of support with TMS. They will develop extracts and provide analysis of reports as required to PHC, SMHS and at state level to support clinical and corporate governance. Peel Health Campus is a general hospital located in the City of Mandurah, 75 km south of Perth on the doorstep of the south-west, known for its stunning beaches, wetlands and waterways. It originally opened in 1988 as the 32-bed Mandurah District Hospital, and now operates with 206 licensed beds, bays and treatment areas. Responsibilities Lead theatre coordination and manage patient flow within the perioperative setting. Utilise the Theatre Management System (TMS) to streamline surgical operations and support clinical excellence. Provide leadership and expert clinical knowledge to implement, support, maintain and develop TMS for PHC. Provide user training to all staff and act as the first line of support for TMS. Develop extracts and provide analysis of reports for PHC, SMHS and at state level to support governance. Qualifications and Experience Qualified and experienced Clinical Nurse with perioperative exposure and theatre coordination experience preferred. Experience with Theatre Management Systems or similar health information systems is advantageous.
