Responsibilities Design and maintain the intelligent connection line for glass deep processing and warehousing. Optimize the automatic connection of glass cutting system, edging system and tempering system to improve overall operation efficiency of the factory. Improve equipment control system, optimize and transform production process, increase energy efficiency of production. When equipment fails, quickly find the cause and solve it through program monitoring. Reduce plant downtime. Train on-site operators on the operation and precautions of electrical appliances and constant temperature conditions to ensure maintenance of angle furnace and tempering furnace. Maintenance and repair of glass cutting machine, edging machine, tempering furnace and hollow assembly line. Participate in diagnosis and maintenance of major faults of the company''s production equipment. Carry out targeted modifications and program optimization of original equipment based on process workflows to improve production capacity and efficiency. Possess in-depth knowledge of spare parts for deep glass processing machinery, enabling equipment upgrades and component selection. Utilize SolidWorks, SolidEdge, and other tools to design customized small-scale equipment, streamline operations, reduce manual labor, increase efficiency. Qualifications More than five years of experience in design and transformation of non-standard automated machinery. Knowledge of control theory, control engineering, testing technology and automation. Understand cutting machine and storage equipment. Familiar with Yuanbo high speed intelligent double grinding production line. Proficient in Beibo infrared forced-convection conjoined double chamber tempering furnace and Seigong flat bending integrated glass tempering furnace. Experience with Intermark glue cutters and CNC machines. Proficient in TFT and ITO glass cleaning systems. Familiar with special insulating glass production line and automatic connection. Proficient in DCS configuration, EPLAN electrical design, Siemens and Inovance PLC programming, human-machine interface. Familiar with EtherCAT and MESA. Experience with IATF16949 and APQP development process. Proficient in SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Optimus and other related software. Practitioners in the glass industry or knowledge of glass technology are preferred. Able to travel frequently.
