Were looking for a motivated, people-loving Studio Manager to lead our buzzing space and help our members thrive both on and off the reformer. About the Role As Studio Manager, youll be the heartbeat of our studio creating an environment thats welcoming, organized, and inspiring. Youll work closely with our members and team to deliver an exceptional experience every day. Responsibilities Oversee daily studio operations and maintain a spotless, inviting environment. Assist and engage with members to ensure every visit feels personal and positive. Conduct member onboardings and support new clients through their journey. Manage and curate our social media presence to reflect our vibrant community. Follow up on leads and help grow the @pilates 24/7 Mildura membership base. Build connections with members and businesses throughout Sunraysia. About You Energetic, organized, and great with people. Enjoy helping others feel their best and bring a positive, professional attitude to every task. A background or qualification in Reformer Pilates or Mat Pilates is desired but not essential. Strong experience in social media management and digital content creation is essential. Approachable, upbeat, and confident in both face-to-face and online communication. Selfmotivated, professional, and passionate about health, wellness, and community.
