Key responsibilities Lead contract delivery, financial performance, and strategic outcomes. Drive Zero Harm safety culture and ensure compliance with legislation and standards. Apply best practice asset management to prolong asset life and reduce downtime. Build collaborative relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Champion sustainability, social benefit initiatives, and decarbonisation efforts. Empower and develop a high-performing, inclusive team. What you7ll bring Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent experience. 10+ years in civil or asset management, with 5+ years in leadership roles. Proven ability to manage complex contracts and drive operational excellence. Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
