The Role Governor Stirling SHS is seeking a strategic thinker, who is a peopleperson, with a passion for operational excellence. The Manager of Corporate Services plays a pivotal role in the effective administration and financial management of the school, ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures. This position oversees key operational areas including finance, human resources, asset management, and school support services. The Manager of Corporate Services is responsible for preparing and monitoring budgets, managing procurement and contracts, coordinating payroll and leave processes, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. They also supervise Allied Professional staff and contribute to workforce planning, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. In addition to operational leadership, the Manager of Corporate Services supports strategic planning and decisionmaking by providing timely and accurate advice to the Principal and the executive team.
