This role will also support our Truganina site and Bendigo as required. Location: Melbourne, VIC, AU (Dandenong site; also support Truganina and Bendigo) Purpose of the Role Partner with operational leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business goals Coach leaders to enhance performance management and employee development Lead talent reviews and succession planning to build a strong leadership pipeline Champion employee engagement, culture initiatives and industrial relations Support change management and transformation projects across the Victorian sites About You Proven HR experience in an operations or manufacturing environment will be highly regarded Strong communication and influencing skills A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement Sound knowledge of Australian labour laws and industrial relations Ability to manage multiple priorities across complex stakeholder groups Why Join Us?
