Your Key Responsibilities In this role, youll work closely with clients and families as part of a multidisciplinary team to: Deliver evidence-based Speech Pathology services for adults and/or children. Lead clinical assessments and develop tailored intervention plans. Collaborate with other allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain compliance with NDIS standards and preparing goal-focused client reports. Stay up to date with best practice to drive ongoing clinical excellence. What You''ll Need Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist with at least 2+ years of experience (adults and/or children). Commitment to high clinical standards and ongoing professional development. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships. Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia. National Police Check, Working With Children Check / Working With Vulnerable People Check, and/or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
