We are seeking a Workplace Health and Safety Business Partner to play a key role in building on our proactive, learning-focused safety culture across Costas Sunraysia operations.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors and with diverse groups of people. We are looking for someone who has a passion for safety and is ready to make a difference. Working closely with operational leaders, supervisors, and seasonal teams, youll partner with leaders across our business to help them identify risks, strengthen systems, and make confident, safe decisions every day.What youll doBe the regional point of contact for Workplace Health and Safety, working closely with the regional leadership team and supported by a network of experienced safety professionalsPartner with managers and team leaders to embed safety leadership and best-practice WHS standardsSupport leaders with risk assessments, site inspections, investigations and continuous improvement initiativesCoach teams to take ownership of safety outcomes and identify smarter, safer ways of workingMaintain and improve electronic safety systems, site risk registers and safe work proceduresCoordinate early intervention, recovery and return-to-work programs after injuriesSupport education of seasonal workers and PALM workers with onboarding, inductions and safety-related guidance to foster inclusion and wellbeingWhat youll bringMinimum 3 years experience in safety-related roleQualification in Certificate IV in WHS is desirable, or willingness to obtainPractical experience with safety in a blue-collar environment, including supporting risk assessments, Return to Work coordination and document controlA genuine passion for people, learning and practical safety improvementStrong communication skillsGood attention to detailAbility influence others and guide leadershipFamiliarity with horticulture or agriculture work environment would be advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
