Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thabeban for a Leading Hand Installer. The Leading Hand Installer will be responsible for leading the installation team and overseeing the installation of custom shade sails, structures, and outdoor blinds. Daily tasks will include interpreting design plans, ensuring the installation is carried out to high standards, maintaining safety practices, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Experience in installing shade sails, structures, and outdoor blinds Ability to interpret design plans and manage installation teams Knowledge of safety practices and protocols Strong leadership and team management skills Effective communication and customer service skills Relevant trade qualifications are beneficial Experience working in a manufacturing or construction environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
