As General Counsel and Company Secretary, youll play a critical role in guiding our legal, governance, and compliance activities across Australia and New Zealand. This role can be based in Auckland, New Zealand or Geelong, Australia. Mohawk Flooring Oceania is part of NYSE listed Mohawk Industries, Inc., the worlds largest flooring manufacturer. Oversee corporate governance and statutory compliance. Advise senior leadership and other management on legal matters, including contractual matters, regulatory compliance and disputes.
