Were looking for a customerfocused Pet Transport Sales Consultant to join our team. In this remote role, youll be the friendly voice helping pet owners arrange safe, stressfree travel for their furry family members providing reassurance and exceptional service every step of the way. This is a fulltime remote role, with rostered shifts falling Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm AEST/AEDT, and every third Saturday from 10am to 2pm. The successful applicant must be available to work within these hours. What Youll Do Respond promptly and professionally to inbound pet transport enquiries via website, email, and phone. Proactively follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, providing clear communication and attentive service at every step. Prepare detailed and accurate quotes and itineraries for customers including road, air freight and boarding services. Deliver an exceptional customer experience with empathy and understanding, ensuring each pets welfare is the top priority. Coordinate bookings, liaise with relevant operational team members, and manage followups to ensure every journey runs seamlessly. Maintain accurate records and support process improvements to enhance service delivery. What Youll Bring 3+ years experience in sales, customer service, or a similar consultative role within a fastpaced environment. Experience in animal care, travel, or logistics industries is highly regarded but not essential. Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills both written and verbal. Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to manage multiple enquiries at once. Confidence using multiple software systems and digital communication tools, and the ability to pick up new software with ease. A proactive, solutionsfocused mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
