Our educators bring practical experience and academic rigour to the classroom, supporting students to thrive both personally and professionally.Whats the job?Were seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Learning Facilitator & Course Coordinator for our Diploma of Counselling and Community Services.This role is primarily focused on learning and teaching, with responsibilities in subject delivery, academic leadership, and student support. Youll also coordinate the quality delivery of the program and contribute to ongoing course improvements, validation, and moderation processes.Youll work collaboratively with a passionate and experienced academic team and have the opportunity to shape a program that prepares students to work in meaningful and impactful roles across the community services and mental health sectors.Day-to-day accountabilities:Key responsibilities are listed below and may change based on program needs and individual areas of skill and expertise.Teaching & LearningAcademic LeadershipProfessional EngagementTo read more about the role please click here to view job description.This is a permanent, full-time position, with the preferred location being one of our campuses in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Adelaide.
