Experience in achieving KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $ per transaction, shrinkage and mystery shop scores. Excellent communication skills and extensive peoplemanagement skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor and motivate a team. Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
