Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the delivery of high-quality services for apprentices and trainees, ensuring every students journey is positive and supported. Be a visible champion for SuniTAFE, representing us at employer sites, schools, and community eventsbuilding trust and promoting opportunities. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in how we support students, employers, and stakeholders. Mentor and empower your team, fostering a culture of excellence, learning, and collaboration. Key Selection Criteria An Advanced Diploma, Diploma or Certificate IV in Management, Business Administration and relevant demonstrated experience in a business administration setting. Knowledge of the legislative requirements of apprenticeships and traineeships, including School-Based Apprentices and Trainees (SBATs), would be highly regarded. Experience in managing and leading teams of people including facilitating team activities. Highly developed interpersonal and customer service skills particularly the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain exceptional working relationships internally and externally and to communicate effectively on a range of sensitive and complex issues. Experience in operating effectively in a complex environment and balance a range of priorities and expectations. A demonstrated commitment to SuniTAFE Values. The Successful Candidate Will Be Required To Provide: A successful criminal record check which is less than 6 months old. A working with children check.
